The rules of using RARAOMT.

By opening RARAOMT in your browser and clicking through the 18+ gate, you agree to the terms below. If any of them are unworkable for you, please close the tab. The platform is offered "as is" for personal, non-commercial entertainment, and these terms are designed to keep that simple.

1. The platform in one paragraph

RARAOMT is a single-game social platform. The game is RacingMOTO, a 5-by-3 reel-style game styled around motorsport imagery. The reels award points. Points exist only inside this platform. They have no monetary value, no prize equivalence, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, swapped, or converted into anything of value, ever. There is no exception to this rule. Anyone telling you otherwise is not us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and not legally prohibited from using social-casino-style platforms in the country, province or state where you are accessing the site. The 18+ gate is a self-attestation; misrepresenting your age is a breach of these terms and we are entitled to remove the offending session.

3. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the platform. That covers automated tools, scripts, scrapers, fake clients, attempts to manipulate the points engine, attempts to overwhelm the servers, attempts to extract source or model weights, and any other behaviour a reasonable person would call hostile. Don't impersonate the operator. Don't pretend the points are redeemable. Don't repackage the platform under another brand.

4. No warranties

We try to keep the site online and the reel maths fair, but RARAOMT is provided without warranty of any kind. Outages happen. Browsers misbehave. The points balance can reset for technical or operational reasons that we may not be able to predict. None of those events create a right to compensation, because nothing of value was at stake to begin with.

5. Intellectual property

The RARAOMT name, the RacingMOTO name, the logo, the page layouts, the symbol artwork on the reels and the written content of the site are owned by the operator. You can take screenshots and link to the site. You cannot republish substantial portions of the site, sell access, or re-skin the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising out of or connected with your use of RARAOMT is limited to zero Canadian dollars. The site is free, points are not money, and there is no consideration changing hands. The same limitation applies to indirect, incidental and consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may withdraw or change the platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also block sessions that breach these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time by closing the tab; nothing further is required.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Quebec. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Montreal judicial district. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those stronger rights apply.
